Flickr update ... again.

Definitively noticeable it's holiday here for me. Got to much time when I get back from work. So updating my flickr and my blog is kinda the thing. As going out gives me to much for a headache in the morning when I need to get my ass to work. Got some good news at work today tho. Been working there for 3 weeks now (some hospital in Antwerp) they gave me the possibility to take some pictures in the rooms where I work. (huge pile of documents hanging in immense shelves) I bet it's gonna give some neat pics I'd love to show when they're done.

Canon AE-1

When we visited my family in the north of Belgium, I got something amazing. My Uncle once collected old cams, and found some I could have. The one that jumped out most was the Canon AE-1. It's a little dusty, but I bet it's as much of an amazing toy as it looks like. I'll set myself to cleaning him up this weekend, hoping to find some batteries that fit and some leftover film, to get started as soon as possible. Got him with a macro lens, zoom lens and the standard one.

When I was looking for a decent movie to watch a few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this semi-musical. The love story is based upon the songs of the Beatles. Deff one worth checking.
Besides the movie also the OST is worth checking into, the way they covered those Beatle songs show that they're timeless

Introduction

After my first year of art college, I was wondering if it was time for making a blog, bout what I do or make, what interest me and most of all, what inspires me. the day after my 20st b-day seemed like the right moment to start all this.

me, me, meeeee ... I'm Edric 20 years old and an art student in Belgium. I love photography, music and bout everything another person of my age loves. Which is going out, have fun, enjoy the young unresponsible life, etc ..

This blog should be the start of my main goal in life. Wich is simple .. Learn people what I enjoy, what I can do. Live life like I think it should. Not saying that everyone should live theirs like mine, nono! But more of giving them an idea how I live and what I love. The motto I live by, the things that I see, experience.
